Steel frame simply constructed. Material Feeding Box filler of hopper is used for feeding materials into the mould which is wholly operated by using hydraulic system the height of the box feeder can be adjusted according to the mould being used, and there is a cleaner brush in the box filler, for cleaning the upper section of the mould. We have designed the volume of box filler according to maximum capacity of production area so that there is enough raw material supplied for the molding. Vibration All of our multi block machine production are designed by using vibration system. There are starting vibration and main vibration. Model SBS-305 is provided block with middle cruising pressure. Mold The mould consist of box and temper head, where we use special raw materials that has high exhausted property that the mould may last longer. There are two rails on the box that functions as guiding rail for box filler. Hydraulic Instrument Pumping system is fixed on a special box separated from machine construction. Electronic Controlling It is placed on a special unit (panel) using semi automatic operational system with knob so that it can be operated easily. |
