Feed box with specifically designed impeller reduces feeding time and makes it possible to distribute mortar more smoothly and thoroughly. A specially designed height/density control bar regulates not only vibration and compression time but also the height and density of the block. The hydraulic pumping system for loader & unloader is driven more gently and guards against cracking. The indexing trees are mounted on the outside of the loader and unloader towers, making them easy to get to for daily lubrication and for manual indexing, if necessary.
The auto cuber was designed and built with your specific needs in mind, because it's modularly constructed with several possible in-feed configurations. Computerized control for fully automatic operation is no problem, and makes it easy for trouble-checking.
