We feature two kinds of machines, Egg Laying and Stationary Machines.

OUR FEATURED MACHINES

Stationary Machines:
The SBS101 and SBS1 are manual machines, no vibrator, requires no power and can produce 500 blocks per day. It comes with 3 standard molds.

The SBS050 and SBS102 Double Block Machine, are manual machines, fitted with an electric vibrator and can produce 1000 to 1600 blocks per day. These machines come fitted with two standard molds. The SBS102 are operated with an electric vibrator.

The SBS103 is a manual machine with vibrator. You need power to run this machine. It will not work without electricity.

The SPB10 is an efficient yet simple machine. It is manufactured with the small scale block maker in mind, and comes equipped with a powerful vibrator, resulting in quick cycles. This machine comes equipped with two standard molds and an electric vibrator. This machine can produce five 4" blocks per cycle, but because of its quickness it performs about 800 cycles per day or about 3,000 4" blocks per day. .

The Mark3 is a sturdy Block Making System. The machine is equipped with a pallet feeder, a run off tray and can be fitted with an electric, petrol or diesel vibrator. This machine comes fitted with a standard mold of your choice.

AUTOMATIC BLOCK MAKING PLANT SMB0100

This is a pneumatic stationary machine that can produce about 7,500 four inch blocks per 8 hours. It comes equipped with an automatic elevator for loading mix into hopper. Its requires a concrete mixer with a capacity of at least 300 liters to maintain a constant flow of blocks.

Production rate for this machine:

5 - 10x20x40cm or 4" blocks per/cycle, 7500 per day
3 - 15x20x40cm or 6" blocks per/cycle, 4500 per day
2 - 20x20x40cm or 8" blocks per/cycle, 3000 per day

We also feature an hydraulic machine SHD1000 which has the same production as the SMB0100 but produces a stronger, more compact block and requires less cement to produce blocks of equal strength as the pneumatic or manual machines. This machine can also be fitted with an automatic elevator.

EGG LAYING MACHINES:

The SBS854 manual egg laying machine is inexpensive and can produce over 2000 four inch blocks per day. It can be fitted with a petrol, electric or diesel vibrator.

The Mark2 is similar to the Mark 3 (stationary machine) but is an egg laying machine. It has the same production capabilities as the Mark 3 and the molds are interchangable.

The SBS105 is an hydraulic block laying machine capable of producing 8 four inch blocks per stroke or 3500 blocks per day.
